Yes. Shipping charges for orders delivered outside the U.S. and Canada reflect the current price for international shipping via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. This option includes limited tracking/insurance.
If you’re inquiring about shipping costs, it’s super-helpful if you let me know which decks you’re looking at. Buyer is responsible for all taxes and import fees. If you do not pay the import fees and the order is returned to me, I will refund you for the cost of the items you purchased, not shipping. I realize international shipping is costly, and that sometimes, there are less expensive options available through alternative providers. Sadly, I do not do the volume necessary to make it cost-effective for me to research and pursue all those options: I’m a one-witch show with a full-time job on top of this little indie deck shop. Ordered from somewhere else and got cheaper shipping? That’s great they can provide that service… some day I hope to be able to do the same. Today is not that day. Thanks for understanding.
We ship within two business days. So if you order on a Friday, your order will ship on Tuesday at the latest. In special circumstances when shipping may be delayed, we’ll post advance notice on the site so you’ll know prior to making your purchase.
Not at this time. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail; international orders go USPS International Priority.
About our goods
All decks are new unless otherwise indicated. For example, in some cases, decks that have been used for demonstration purposes may be listed for sale–they’ll be clearly marked as used. Prices will reflect that these are not pristine cards still wrapped in plastic. If a listing doesn’t specifically say “USED,” you’re buying a new deck!
Why, yes! I enjoy woodworking, growing herbs, and creating crystal elixirs. Throughout the shop, you’ll find items I’ve made.
Start by making awesome, unique products with a strong energy present. Care about quality. Pay attention to detail. You won’t find decks and guidebooks with typos, paper stock that falls apart, or print problems on the shelves at Phoenix & Lotus. The same holds true for other goods–your work needs to feel magickal. There is nothing magickal about crappy packaging.
If you’ve got that down, contact me – you can use the Contact Us form or email me directly. Let me know what you’re offering and why you think it’s a good fit. We’ll talk evaluation copies/samples, pricing, etc. and figure out of it makes sense to work together. I’m always looking for new collaborations, so don’t be shy!
No, Phoenix & Lotus does not offer wholesale or stockist accounts. We’re a reseller, buying goods directly from the artists. If you’re trying to launch your own witchy shop, I’m more than happy to recommend some great suppliers.
Staff Experience & Credentials
I use my intuition to try to deliver practical insight into a specific situation to help you figure out how you want to proceed. I’m your gal if:
1. you’re looking for an honest reading delivered with tact.
2. you want someone to give you questions to consider or pros/cons to weigh to help you make a decision or focus your energy.
3. you know that life is not all sunshine and rainbows and accept that sometimes, the yucky stuff is unavoidable, and we don’t always get exactly what we want/ask for.
4. you want to know what you can do to better a situation.
Find another reader if:
1. you want someone to hit you over the head with a brick. Unless you tell me up front that’s what you want; then we’ll be cool.
2. you only want to hear the warm fuzzy stuff and you’re not willing to embrace the possibility that maybe–just maybe–you’ve played some part in the circus around you.
3. you want someone to tell you exactly what to do in a given situation. I’m here to offer guidance, not make your choices for you.
4. you want a medical diagnosis, to know what your ex is up to, to see if you’re in Grandma’s will, or get the winning lottery numbers for Saturday’s drawing. Move along.
That should help you figure out whether or not my readings are your cup of tea.
I got my first deck of tarot cards when I was 12. My first readings were for myself, either on special occasions or when I had big decisions to make. In those early years, I relied on books to tell me card interpretations and gradually became familiar with the meanings of certain cards. In 2013, I started daily draws and seriously focused on learning to read intuitively. I’ve studied with Jess Carlson and hold certification through Ethony’s Tarot Readers Academy, I’m also a member of the American Tarot Association. I began reading for others in 2014. Tarot has been a part of my daily life for years–I enjoy using it as a tool to help clients reflect, meditate, and get to know themselves better. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow my tarot practice as we work together.
I completed coursework on the Healing Angels of the Energy Field and my IET basic level attunement and certification in September 2015 with Master Instructor Kimberly Barrett. In December 2016, I earned intermediate certification.
